• Hey everyone!

Have an odd problem I do not know how to solve. The website I moderate is getting phone calls about the website not working in google chrome. I thought I fixed the issue, but we are still getting calls. I thought it might have been a plugin issue that fixed itself, so I asked all of them to empty their cache and browsing data. It worked on our end, but users are still reporting they can’t see our website on google chrome.

The only thing they see on our website is this message:

    Original text contribute
    A better translation

Is this maybe in relation to the translation plugin that I use? The one I am using is Google Language Translator. I also see this notification on my Dashboard in relation to the language translator, but have not updated it: “The Multisite Language Switcher needs the activation of the multisite-feature for working properly. Please read this post if you don’t know the meaning.”

If someone could assist me, I would really appreciate it!

    Best,
    Katie

OK, I hate saying this, but “It seems OK to me”. I’m using Chrome 97. What do you mean by “can’t see”?

The website, according to our patrons, is appearing blank while on Google Chrome. Apparently its working on Firefox and Internet explorer. It is working on my Google Chrome browser at home, so not sure why others are having an issue.

Others have reported seeing an error message that says: Original text contribute. A better translation” and seeing nothing else on the page. Its very strange since nothing on the backend seems to be causing the issue.
