WordPress not working properly after latest update

    After the latest update my WordPress site is not working properly, when adding or deleting forms or even users the deleted forms or users are again shown repeatedly number of times in the list. But sometimes the updated result is shown but sometimes not. I am using ultimate membership plugin for registration.

    Try installing and activating the health-check plugin. Invoke the troubleshooting mode and see if the same issues arise. If not, use the troubleshooting item in the admin bar to restore your theme and plugins, one at a time, testing after each. When the problem recurs, the last activated module is the one causing trouble.
