WordPress on subdomain using plesk

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please?

I successfully installed wordpress on a domain last week, and it all went very smoothly, despite Plesk not having a quick install facility.

Yesterday I tried going through exactly the same process for a subdomain, but when i visit the site, instead of asking me to install WordPress, it tries to download something. Any ideas please??
