wordpress on windows, permissions

hello, I have been using wordpress on my windows server for some time but I have just noticed that I can not update anything automatically. The installation has full control, but when I try and update a plugin it can not delete the old folder. I can’t even afterwards manually. Has anyone else had this problem?
