www.ads-software.com : Login Crashed

This is in regards to www.ads-software.com and not WordPress.com or WordPress the software.

I tried to create an account. I entered my details, then I was presented a page for more info like my name and stuff. That form didn’t work, and would not do anything.

I then went to my email, I had a link to verify. When I clicked on it, it showed the exact same form. Again it didn’t work. It contained no messages about my account beign validated.

I tried to log in, I tried both my username and my email. Both times it said the email didn’t exist.

I then tried to use the “Forgot Password” and when I did, it said my email was invalid. I tried with my username, and that too said invalid.

I then tried to register again, with the same username and password, and it said the account name and email already exist. Using a different username didn’t solve it, the email is in your system but not the login name.

There is no way I can use the email anymore, or create an account and no way I can register. Contrarily, I created this account with no problems.

It seems there was an error somewhere, and their wasn’t a transaction established to roll back the failure, leaving my data corrupted or incomplete.

Can someone look into this and delete any accounts associated with my email at [ email deleted ]
