WCAG is a guideline. It is important to attempt to adhere to a11y guidelines but the phrase “www.ads-software.com site are in breach of EU rules” is not correct. You can’t be in breach of this “rule” when it is a guideline.

WCAG 2.0 are rules of decency on the Internet,
Even though violations are not punished, it is simply not done. The more so that visitors displeasure with the amount of errors falls to us users of WordPress.
Decency on the Internet has been observed since the beginning of the internet in 2000 in Europe. But they are among us people who do not understand by themselves, they do not have ingrained ethical values. So for them, the EU created the binding rules of decency called WCAG.

I’m sorry but the Visual Editor does not really support custom coding of HTML. It never has and frankly, probably never will. It is not designed for that and that is not an a11y or WCAG 2.0 issue. It is meant to permit users to write posts and pages. Manually editing the HTML output will get corrected by the editor when you switch back.

If you want to edit HTML without the editor correcting it then please consider disabling the Visual Editor. Many people do.

These are two different pages with very different details on them. There is an effort to consolidate those two profiles into one but that is not a very high priority at the moment and I am not aware of a time line for that to happen.

Nobody wants you to consolidate.
But to show that you appreciate vordpressu users,
so you have to add the information that there is a second profile, into both profiles. And also link to other profile and the second profile Klink on the first profile.
Also, it is necessary both profiles clearly visually distinguished.
Do not you realize that you have a website full of errors.
Visitor not think that there are two profiles, but expects to again have some errors, backlog, a dud, a remnant of poorly executed updates and more.
