    Hey everyone,
since a view days I have a problem with editing our shop pages. When I want to add a new Site to WordPress or edit an existing page the editor loads always the same Product Page that have nothing to do with the content i want do edit. Even if i want to crate a new Page it loads a Product description as default…

    So again step by step:
    – I have a product “A”
    – I want to edit or crate a normal page
    – the Page-editor starts and loads always the same product page of “A” to the editor.

I deactivated all plugins and it seems that the issue is from Woocommerce. At least it appears when woocommerce is the only plugin that is activated. But i have no idea how to fix this.
I also use Flatsome Theme and the UX-builder. When i use the UX-builder the correct page is loading and i can edit and save it. The issue is only with the normal WordPress Editor in combination with an activated Woocommerce plugin.
I hope you guys have an idea how to fix this issue.

If you need more information let me know.

    Many Thanks

    Hi @laserliebe ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are having issues with adding new pages or editing existing pages, as the same product page keeps opening within the editor, is this correct?

You have mentioned that you have deactivated all plugins, except for WooCommerce and the issue is still present. Please confirm if you have temporarily changed your current Flatsome theme to the default WooCommerce Storefront, with all plugins except for WooCommerce, deactivate to see if the issue is still present?

If you have not yet done that, please could you do that as a next step to see if it makes any difference?

Additionally, please navigate to WooCommerce?>?Status?>?Tools?and do the following:
    – Clear WooCommerce transients?
    – Clear expired transients
    – Regenerate Product lookup tables

If the issue is still present after doing the above, kindly share a copy of the following:

    – System Status: navigate to?WooCommerce?>?Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.
    – Fatal error logs: share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you have these, you can share them in your response here.

    Thanks!

@roxannestoltz Thank you for your quick response

I deactivated the Flatsome theme and switched to “Twenty one”, also deactivated all plugins. -> everything works perfectly.
The first plugin I activated was Woocommerce and there the error was again. What I didn’t notice was that flatsome was also reactivated.

As you recommended I deleted all transients and regenerated the product lookup tables. Unfortunately without success. But I got one step closer to the problem because now it seems Flatsome was causing the error, not Woocommerce. So I will contact Flatsome support for further help.

    Thank you so much!!!

    Hi @laserliebe ,

    Thanks for providing an update!

But I got one step closer to the problem because now it seems Flatsome was causing the error, not Woocommerce. So I will contact Flatsome support for further help

Happy to hear that you have found the culprit ?? You are most welcome!

Since further support is needed from the developers of Flatsome, please could you mark this thread as resolved in the sidebar?

Feel free to create a new topic should you require any further help ??

    Thanks!
