WordPress Pages and permalinks, need help

    I just transfered my blog to a new server. Previously, the blog was located at: domain.com/blog

    The new blog is now installed (at the same domain) on the new server at: domain.com

    I’m starting to notice a problem now. If I have any subfolders at domain.com, like “domain.com/files”, I cannot access that folder because WordPress thinks that it is a Page.

    I have some folders that MUST be installed in the www root, like SlideShow Pro Director.

    Is there any way to tell WordPress to allow me to access these folders? Is this an SQL problem?
