WordPress plugin for a Auction/Marketplace site

Hi all,

I am new to WordPress, so looking for some help here please. I want to setup a community website marketplace where
– users can list services required and other users can apply to fulfil the need
– Both the lister and the applier should be able to setup their profile to showcase what they do
– The site is able to take a small administration fee of 0.5% of the value of the listed service
– The site should be able to take payment from the lister and pay the appplier
