WordPress plugin for administrators who are disabled

Hi,

I can find lots of plugins to help make a WordPress site more usable for disabled visitors, but what about a wordpress plugin or some settings for administrators who are disabled.

I can’t seem to find anything particularly useful to help a disabled administrator use the various features of WordPress to manage their posts and pages better. Larger buttons, high-contrast themes, font-size control etc

Can anyone help me with this please?
