WordPress Plugin Framework Reloaded Settings – Permission Denied

When I try to go to the settings page I get the message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” and cannot edit any of the settings. I am using WordPress 3.0 and WordPress Plugin Framework Reloaded Version 0.2.1 with Author Box Reloaded Version 2.0.3.
