WordPress pop up warning window

I’m working on a blog which is running on Optimize Press theme. On my squeeze page I have a video and opt in form. I want when users click on the video they will see a warning pop up on the top of the screen. Can anyone tell me how is it possible? i’m seeking for your response. PLEASE. Thanks in Advance.
