WordPress random dashboard bug

Hello,
Today, while I was working on a blog, my admin dashboard randomly bugged after I clicked on the plugins section. The admin dashboard appears grey on the left side, instead of having all the menus(like appearance, settings,etc.) and it has parts of the plugins menu page on the right side, randomly appearing around the page. If I scroll enough, I evenutally get to the real dashboard but again, there are random chunks of the plugins page here and there. I am including a link to a screenshot I made, so you can see the problem better https://imgur.com/Xz0KgB3 . It appears that way in Chrome and Safari, so it’s not the Chrome browser bug I guess. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
