WordPress Redirect Issue

I installed WordPress in localhost. But when I click on link I am getting Not Found error.

I installed
mod_rewritemodule in Apache 2.I checked
debug.logfile of WordPress anderror_logfile of Apache 2. They are blank.What is the solution ?
