WordPress replaces "&" sign with #038

Hello.
There is a problem with custom map like this:
tileurl=https://tile{s}.maps.2gis.com/tiles?x={x}&y={y}&z={z}&v=1WordPress replaces “&” sign in URL with “#038” and map does not displayed.
