WordPress Reset Password Email Doesn’t get delivered

Hello, I have tried resetting the password of two WordPress websites I am managing, using the forgot password button at the admin log in page. (www.site.com/wp-admin) I usually get a message that a reset link has been sent to the admin email. But it never gets delivered, even after several tries. I have been experiencing this for a while now. I don’t know if this is an issue from my end and/or whether WordPress has changed the way password are reset.

Please, I need assistance on how to resolve this.
