WordPress Resets It Self

  • Hello,

    Each day my WordPress blog resets it self. Any posts and categories I made are deleted. The default posts appear, and the date and time are when the blog reseted itself. I have many blogs on my server, but only one blog that this happens to. This blog is a basic WordPress install; no plugins.

    What would cause this?

  • I would guess either the database is being restored, or the database tables are being DROPped and the install.php is getting executed.

    The date of the ‘default’ Hello World post might be an indicator.
