    Hello!

I am working on a dropshipping website that is built on a sub-domain

    annonceme.com/store

The site requires activation of REST API for the suppliers to upload and automate the shipping of products. When I call REST API for the main domain it works fine:

    https://annonceme.com/wp-json

But the REST API gives a 404 Error when called for the subdomain where the store is built:

    https://annonceme.com/store/wp-json

Please guide and help on how to solve this issue.

    Thank You!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @saniasyed,

It looks like there may be permalink issues on the sub-folder store. When I click on the product categories, it’s giving me a 404 error too.

Try going to Settings > Permalinks in the “store” installation. Set them to “plain” and save your changes. After the page refreshes, change them back to “post name” and save again.

See if they work after that. Let us know how that goes.

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
