WordPress restore, missing posts

    Hello, recently my wordpress install was hacked and I lost everything. Kindly, my webhost restored my account on the server.
    now none of the posts That I have made are there. all I really want is the text of the posts so I can save them.
    this is what it says:

    it says that none of my tables exist or something

    in addition, I have my entire account downloaded and saved to the desktop, if i can pull out the posts somehow from the saved files, please let me know
