wordpress rning so slow

  • my site now runing so slow, i call hoting company and thay say it is working fine
    only frist page is loading but when i log in to word press to modifay anything it is not loadd or take very long time

    please help, how can i know it is wordpress problem or how i can test my website performance

    please go throw link and check photo with some pags
    it is only load 1st page
    i try to upload some static page to my host and this page runing so much
    but still wordpress runing slow spicaily when i login inside and modifay or update any connetent

    Please try these troubleshooting steps:

    -Clear the cache/cookies in your browser, then try to view your site/admin area again.

    -Deactivate ALL plugins to see if the problem goes away. If it does, activate the plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    -Switch to the default theme. If this fixes the issue, then it is theme-specific and you will need to ask for help in the theme’s forum.

    thnx so much i do as you say performance after disable plugin and change them is better but still slow, i activate my them again still working slow, any one have anther idea about what happen it wasnt like that, was working fine for 2 years but this problem hapend since 1 week

    Have you tried changing the theme to the default? Please try that and see if it helps. Can you also tell us which version of WordPress you are using and which browser (and version) you are using?

    thnx so much all. i try all of this and it is still same, after that i download VPN Client (Hotpost shild) and i use website it seams it is runing ok
    i report call to our ISP and one ISP solve the problem and my home line ISP cant not solve it.
    it is routing or security issue in Egypt, i did not know
    but thnx so much for all
