WordPress Website Root Not Populating

    I created the wordpress installation on a subdomain called shop.militaryaviationmuseum.org, and was attempting to swap it into the root when all systems failed. I have contacted my hosting providers and their support team has not assisted me as of yet. This site is live but now it no longer lets anyone see it. The odd thing is, if you go to https://militaryaviationmuseum.org/hours/ you can still view these subfolder pages, just not the homepage. I really don’t know what to do in this situation and am distraught with fear that my wordpress site is lost. I have backed up the shop.militaryaviationmuseum.org wordpres database through backup buddy, but I do not know how to attempt to re-install it since it was built on the subdomain and not the root. Any help would be so appreciated!
