WordPress says that my WP Account doesn’t exist

  • Hey there,

    so my domain is expiring today and have been trying to log into my WP Admin account to extend the purchase. However, it keeps saying that the account doesn’t exist with the mail I put in.

    I did get the emails though, that my account is expiring. I also have the bill from last year with that specified email. But WordPress keeps telling me that there is no account. I tried a lot of different mails but it is always the same notification.

    Now I don’t know what to do to extend my domain.

    Can someone help me please?
