WordPress search by date, need help…

  • Heya,
    So I have an events website that the search bar/page needs to not only allow the user to search the page (event) name and content, but also search it’s date. Does WordPress search function support this?

    Example: The event date is September 21st, 2010 so the user literally types in the search bar “September 21st, 2010” or “9/21/2010”.
