Kicked out of WordPress

I installed WP on a Go Daddy site – and that went fine but my blog is under a blog.com/wordpress.com url instead of the blog.com .

I went into the blog and changed the url in Settings / General – changed the email id as well.

It bumped me out of the site and now I can’t get in under either the blog.com or the blog.com/wordpress.

the site lwherndon.com – reads a 404 error
and lwherndon.com/wordpress gives me a text screen that I can’t login from?

Help!
