WordPress Sharing Buttons Gone and Config Page Messed Up

Today after adding a couple of plugins I noticed that my sharing buttons (the ones that come with wordpress) have disappeared. I disabled and removed all plugins, and yet they are still gone. All that is left is text for each of the social sites. ( https://www.makebabystuff.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/share-this.png ). If I go into the wordpress sharing settings, it is completely messed up as well ( https://www.makebabystuff.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/sharing.png ).

Any ideas how I can get this back to normal? I tried changing to a different theme and it is still doing it.
