WordPress Shipping and coupon issue

Hi team,

We are having issues with the discount coupon, when we select a product with a price above 250 and add the discount code we need to add the shipping price when the product is discounted but the shipping price will be free if the user is not using the coupon also we want to limit the coupon for user one time based on their email address.

like in the above screenshot you see, the shipping is still displayed as free but we want to add a shipping price i.e. 25aed if the coupon is applied else it can be free
