WordPress showing single.php twice

Hay everyone ??

i have been using WordPress and my design for a while now and suddenly in every post it has the post laid out twice? Might this be due to the new WordPress update as it has been fine so far and i have made no changes at all to the site.

I disabled all plugins and this changes nothing.

I have checked the code in the single.php and content.php and it seems fine, if i change theme it is also fine so it is deffo my design causing this, oh and pages are working also.
