WordPress Shows Image Count In Media Library, But Doesn't Display All Images

So this is super weird. After transitioning from a development site to a live environment (and processing proper MySQL commands), all of the old images no longer appear in the library. The count above the list shows that there are in fact thousands of images in the library, but I cannot access them through Media Library, or when I’m working on a post/product.

They display just fine on the front end and when I enter the exact URL to the image, but I can’t do anything with them on the backend.

I’ve searched over and over for this type of thing, and it’s been difficult.

Some recommend “Add From Server” plugin, but it’s not feasible with the amount of images in my library.
