WordPress shows only a bunch of japanese characters

    Hi All,

    I changed the encoding in the admin area, but now WordPress shows only a bunch of japanese characters both on the front and in the admin area so I cannot change it back there.
    The WP-Config file still shows UTF-8.
    What do You suggest to correct this problem?
