WordPress site blocked

  • my site https://www.domesticcleaningtameside.co.uk

    I put in username and password which takes me to a white screen with the word blocked on.

    I have tried resetting my password but the link does then not work.

    I have tried all the google suggestions, going into host site to reset php etc nothing is working.

    my website is not working at all either

    Please can anyone help

  • Hi, mkmanson1, & welcome to the WordPress support forum. Actually, I’m seeing both your site & your login screen using the /wp-admin url. So everything appears to be working properly.

    Perhaps try clearing your browser cache? I don’t feel I’m being of much help here, but it’s hard to be helpful when everything appears to be working lol.

    BTW, giving us your site link is *so* helpful. I don’t think you (& most other participants as well) realize how helpful it actually is.

    Oh sorry yes you can probably see lots of blue writing?? a basic wordpress site.

    This isnt my real site, my real site is all logo’d up etc but is not showing. Maybe I should have told you that as well as giving you my site address, this would help!

    I think I am getting closer to the problem might be to do with nominet not being able to verify a user although on a separate account at the same address the date fits in with the cancellation.

    All very confusing but thanks for looking at it for me
