WordPress site broken after domain transfer

Hi,
After transferring the wordpress site to a different host (same url) many elements around the site are not rendering correctly. I.e Snippets of html and php are being rendered as plain text.

I have tried refreshing the plugins and the permalinks, database seems to be configured properly. Any other things to try?
