  • Hi, if you have access to WP admin can you please start by disabling all plugins and checking if that fixes the issue? If it fixes the issue, start enabling each plugin one by one to find the plugin causing the issue.

Did you make any changes just before this issue started, such as updating a plugin or theme, or the wordpress core? Were there any changes to your servers that might be affecting your wordpress install?

Also, can you check what account type you’re logged in as? some of the features may be disabled if you do not have the permissions to use them, so make sure you’re using an Admin account.

That could explain some of what’s going on, but the blank pages and non-responsive buttons may be coming from a different issue, but let’s at least establish a baseline of where you’re at.

Hi, how did you migrate your site? I’m suspicious that something may have gone wrong during the migration. Also, does enabling debug show anything out of the ordinary?

Do you still have access to the original site at your old hosting account? If so, first go to your original WordPress and install the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/, and use the “Export” option and the plugin will backup your entire website to a single file. Then delete your buggy wordpress install, and do a clean install of wordpress on your new hosting. Next install All In One WP Migration on your new site, and use the “Import” option to import the file you created on your old host and this will automatically import your original site to your new host.

If you do run into any issues here, the most likely would be if you’re new database doesn’t use the same info as your old one and we need to manually fix your connection to your database. You’ll get errors if that happens and we can help you fix that. If not, you should be good to go.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU’RE SURE YOU CAN GET A BACKUP OF YOUR ORIGINAL SITE AT YOUR OLD HOSTING PROVIDER AND HAVE DONE SO.
