WordPress Site Data Missing

  • Howdy!

    I hope you’re doing well.

    We update the WordPress site, tigerstrailrvresort.com, for one of our resorts. The site is managed through Newbook.

    There’s website analytics missing for the WP site, in our social media management platform Metricool. It’s for the Dec. 4-20 time period.

    We’ve checked with Newbook, GoDaddy, and our internal IT department, and they didn’t find any errors.

    When you have time, would you please check for any errors or reasons for the missing data? Let me know if you have any questions!

    Volunteers on this forum do not have access to login to your website or other 3rd party tools you are using.

    WP core does not generate analytic data. What are you using to generate and save analytic data? I recommend seeking help through the dedicated support channel of whatever mechanism you’re using.
