WordPress Site down

  • I was using BuddyBoss and my site is down and I can’t access. Suggestions on who I can talk to?

    Appreciate the advice. They are not very helpful. Can’t talk to someone real time. Only email support.

    If your website is not accessible, you would have to contact the support of your hoster. Neither WordPress (the software this forum is about) nor BuddyBoss (the theme you use) are the right people to contact. If you give a link to your website, they might be able to tell you where it is hosted so you can find the right person to contact.
