wordpress site: google search not showing the snippet

    I would recommend installing an SEO plugin to rewrite your titles and metas.

    I use WordPress SEO by Yoast on all of my sites. After installing it, you can go to the “Titles & Metas” section to set page titles and meta descriptions manually, either with specific text or dynamic content such as excerpts.

    I am using “all in one seo pack” plugin.

    Using the plugin i set the Home title and homepage description in the plugins general settings. And the same home description is also see in the meta description of the home page. But its not shown in the google snippet.
