• Hi everyone,

i just finished setting up my website and on my site everything worked out fine, probably because of my cookies. But when I want to open it on my phone or any other device the site is not loading at all. In the settings of the theme it also said I need special requirements that I have to set up in the php.in file .
post_max_size?and Time_Limit my provider already changed those setting for me but in the dashboard it still shows the old setting, how can I fix that ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @nonsecc

There are lots of 404 files error in the console:- https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluzwnNq even the WordPress core files.

You can try fixing this by following this:

    1. Get yourself a fresh copy of WordPress by downloading it again.
    2. Access your server using SFTP, FTP, or that file manager thing in your hosting account. You can also ask your hosting provide for assistance.
    3. Replace or re-upload old server files with fresh ones from your download. But hold up – don’t mess with the wp-config.php file or the /wp-content/ folder. This’ll spruce up your main files without ruffling your content and settings.
    4. Just a heads-up: some file upload methods can be a bit iffy when you’re replacing stuff. To play it safe, clear out the old files before you bring in the shiny new ones.

You can follow this documentation too on how to install/re-upload WordPress core files:- https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/before-install/howto-install/#step-1-download-and-extract

Try the following steps above. Let me know how it goes.

Also, I recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance. I am sure they can help you fixing this issue.

    Hi @nonsecc ,

What do you mean by the cost? Perhaps, you’ll consider hiring someone to fix this? If so, I recommend just contacting your hosting provider. It is free and I am sure they can fix this for you.
