WordPress Site Not Displaying Unless Signed In

  • Hi, I’m working on getting a site up and running. I had to backup the old MySQL database and restore/reconnect it to WordPress. This apparently went pretty well, but the same issue it was experiencing is coming up, but with a slight variation.

    When you go to the address: https://www.daleoshields.com it comes up as:

    Service unavailable.
    Please check back later…

    But if you’re signed in to the site, it loads great. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Is this being caused by a setting in WordPress? I find it odd that once I’m signed in, it works great. Thanks for any time and consideration you all may be able to provide!

    Hey Azuko, the site does load when I’m signed in, but when I’m not signed in, I get that “Service Unavailable” message instead.

    That looks like a server problem. You should contact your hosting provider.

    Ok, thanks Macmanx. I’ll call them again this evening. I’ll post what I find out.
