WordPress site running slow

  • Hi my site address is https://www.jonathan-yanez.com and it has been running painfully slow. I’ve updated to the newest version of wordpress and my hosting speed seems fine. I’ve also tried deactivating and deleting the plugins I don’t use as well as removing some content from my site in hopes that it will run faster. So far nothing I have done has worked. If you have any ideas I’d really appreciate your help.

  • Try installing this plugin, called Query Monitor.

    It will let you know where your bottle knecks are, if any.

    I tried installing the Query Monitor plugin like you suggested and got following response.

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
