*wordpress site* search fixed???

Though I noticed even then that a lot of the returns are to totally unrelated things and many are off the site entirely. If I’m looking for support for *wordpress* and want to search www.ads-software.com documentation and forum SPECIFICALLY, I do not want returns from somewhere else diluting the returns that might actually be helpful. Whoever “fixed” this needs to take another look. This is not what one would expect from a site that is supposed to be producing a superior web ap.

I seem unable to get any results from the forum, even if I only search that. Am I missing something?

The trick (inhere) is to type the search, then on the resulting page, uncheck “Documenation” and make sure “Support Forums” IS checked. It always defaults to documenation.

(in general it has been working well recently, but I’ll agree that the last few days it has been a bit underwhelming)

Well,it seems to be working at least a LITTLE better now. Though relevancy is still marginal at best, at least it’s not pulling offsite links now.

Too bad, I was looking forward to blogging this on my site today . . . next time it’s broken I won’t wait, so it might be best to ensure it doesn’t get broke again ??

After all, the community deserves a working support search.
