• There has been an issue with the site slowing down for a few weeks. The blog is taking over 30 seconds to load when it used to be 4-7 seconds.

I have updated wordpress, my theme, and all plugins in an attempt to fix this but so far nothing has worked. I have also switched themes and disabled all plugins and the load time is still 25+ seconds. A couple of times the site has slowed the host did something and it sped back up for a couple days before slowing down once again.

From the host’s email: “I reset the subdomain, which reset its settings. Forces the server to reread the sub’s config by forcing Apache to restart. This flushes whatever the hang up was”

Now the host has installed a plugin called Log Deprecated Notices and wants me to update all the deprecated code used in the various plugins and such. I don’t see why this would even help since the site is slow without the plugins even being enabled, but thoughts on this please. I will do whatever it takes to get this site working again asap!

The link to the site is antennablog.lbagroup.com and if anyone could make suggestions on things to try to speed this up again please let me know.
