WordPress site slow loading on 4.2.4 can't update to 4.3??

  • Hi there, My site
    sunontherunspraytan.co.uk is running very slow on 4.2.4. I have tried to update to new 4.3 but it will not run install automatically, it just times out.
    At top of admin pages there is this error, could the be something to do with it??
