• The problem started on our main site. I saw that the title was being posted on the top of wordpress right below the <header> tag. The problem progressed when functionalities started to malfunction and Javascript errors started to appear with our site title.

I backed up the site and started testing out locally what would happen if I changed the site title to ‘e’. After I changed the site title all the errors and prints and errors that we found on the main site changed to ‘e’.

All errors changed to (index):2 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token e in JSON at position 2

    We are running wordpress 5.6
    PHP version 7.2.29
    MYSQL version 5.5.5
And we are running Betheme version: 21.7.4

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
