  • Hey! Katherine from Printful here. I’d suggest reaching out to our support team, so they can check the error code and look into this further — [email protected]. Also, please make sure that the store URL is exactly the same in WordPress general settings (Settings -> General) and the website itself. In many cases, it can be missing “s” in https or can be a subdomain.

Hi Katherine, thanks for getting back to me, we are the developers working for our client and he did reach out to the support team and they said to reach out to his developer, us. We have checked the URL’s and both excatly the same, so thats why we have reached out to you on this platform.

Hey, I looked into this further and I didn’t notice any error messages on your store at the moment (from Printful’s end). Does the issue still persist? The connection from our end seems stable.

Hi @katherineprintful and @russ1979 I have just had same problem.

I have had no problems for 1 year at least and yesterday got this “Printful Integration” error – 500.

I have been onto support, I have shown them print screens of all the settings on Printful, within this plugin and the site. They told me to go to host.

Host has checked site and said its all working properly and that why would the connection suddenly do re-directs. They said try 24 hours later but same problem. Printful support say run refresh data and I have but still wont upload new products.

Hi, @trevor47! Error 500 indicates that there’s an internal server error that is caused by something blocking the connection on your side. We can’t see what that is, unfortunately, as it’s not something on Printful’s end. It might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc.
We won’t be able to advise here, I’m afraid.

Well the status report says it is to do with re-directs and for me to check settings.

I have checked them and they are correct. Also have had people ordering overnight so they can access the site. My host did checks yesterday and could not see anything wrong.
