WordPress site with scrolling effect

Hi all,
I wanted to develop a wordpress site like this
I am not sure how this scrolling effect is called and I am not sure for what plugin should I search.
I tried to find something with parallax scrolling effect but it doesn’t seem to be the same.
Any suggestions?
