• Feature request
Ability to select a link to insert in to a txt message using the txt editor.

    Method Description

Works a bit like a website “upload File” selector,
but instead of selecting “a file”,
    it can select a link.

    Sources for links to insert;
    a) a permalink from the user’s own website (most important)
    b) a favorite/bookmark from the user’s browser
    c) a website, or link on a page, that is currently open in the user’s browser

Links can be used for reference to a webpage, image, video, audio media, or file download (download page, or URL).

    Example use
The user creates a marketing campaign page on their site.
Then creates a txt that includes the link to their page.
Recipients, can view the page by clicking on the link.
If recipients are not interested in the page, then no extra bandwidth is used.
This is a very bandwidth polite method of sending a promotion.
It is bandwidth polite to both recipient and sender.

    Optional Extra
include the ability to miniturize the URL (e.g. tinyurl).

    Hi Mostafa Soufi (@mostafas1990),

We are not on GitHub, and do not want to join more sites.
We may consider GitHub in the future if we get more deeper involved,
    but not at present.

    Thanks

    Hi Mostafa Soufi (@mostafas1990),

It sounds like you are implying something in the message but I am not sure what it is.
Are you saying that there is someway to handle the feature requests, by using a specific label on github? (i.e. “Can do”)
    or
Are you saying that there is no way of handling a feature request, by using a specific label on github? (i.e. “Can’t do”)
    or
Are you saying that some other method is needed?
    or
    what.
    Sorry.
I am not sure what you are saying.

Can you handle the transfer from here to GitHub, possibly using some form of cross-reference?

    Thanks
