Figured it out myself.

added <?php wp_footer(); ?>

to the footer.

I hope this helps me I added the code you mentioned to the footer and now in about 24 hours or less I should know cause I was averaging over 1000 hits a month and then when i updated to the new wordpress version on the 20th of may all the sudden zero like you experienced so thanks for the fix hun
