WordPress still pending review

    Hi there, my client set up an account for 2 different wordpress websites both at the same time. One was reviewed within a couple of hours, the second is still pending after a week. I did search this forum and found many with the same issue. My cleint needs to get emails out to people, what could be the issue here?
