WordPress Subscribe to Blog

I am looking for some advice on what plugin would best meet my needs. I would like to include a subscription option on my blog that allows visitors to enter their email address (and potentially other information) that will result in any new posts being emailed to the relevant email address. So far that’s the easy part for which something like JetPack would suffice. I would however like to extend the functionality to from the back-end to include a dashboard and export function that will allow administrators/business owners to have a view of time based subscriptions, i.e. be able to report on the number of subscribers to the blog over specific periods of time that could potentially be linked back to digital campaigns etc. I should also have the ability to import additional subscribers.

Further to this I would like the ability to customise the template of the mail that is sent to subscribers.
