WordPress suddenly became so slow…

    my wordpress page suddenly became incredibly slow, both the website and the admin.

    sudden changes in site speed are usually a hosting issue. Your site is one of dozens (maybe hundreds) on a single server. If that server gets busy due to the actions of other sites, yours is affected. Check with your host if the speed doesn’t recover to your satisfaction.

    There are a few things that could also affect the site’s speed. One thing that comes to mind for the front-end is caching.

    Do you happen to know if there were any updates recently? Like plugins or the theme?
