    WordPress suddenly stopped working / not available however it works if I VPN.

    Basically it stopped working and I can’t even get to the login page. It’s just unavailable and says ‘connection timed out’ but if I go through a VPN or ask my friend to see if it’s online from his PC he says it is. What’s going on?
